G-11 DALIFANT

Gustav and Marie Mandelmann wanted a renewablesource of energy which did not conflict with the striking scenery around them and as a result they installed their G-11 small wind turbine, along with 17 kW of solar PV, at their home in Skåne, Sweden in 2015.

The timber used for the tower is not only more aesthetically appealing than a steel structure, it reduces noise and vibration on what is already one of the quietest turbines in the market. In addition, the wooden structure further saves around 12 tons of carbon dioxide emissions compared to a conventional steel tower over the lifecycle of the product.

“We receive praise all the time for our beautiful turbine that produces clean energy all year round!” Marie Mandelmann
